This Agreement outlines the terms of the Strategic Website Audit service provided by Hazel + Willow Studios (“Studio,” “we,” “us”) to the purchaser (“Client,” “you”).
By purchasing this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Scope of the Strategic Website Audit
The Strategic Website Audit is a custom, one-time consulting service designed to provide strategic guidance and clarity around your existing website.
This service includes:
-A comprehensive review of your website through a strategic and user-experience lens
-A recorded Loom audit outlining observations, recommendations, and priority improvements
-Written next steps and actionable guidance tailored to your goals
-One optional 30-minute follow-up Q&A call to ask questions and clarify recommendations
This audit focuses on strategy, structure, messaging, and user journey — not implementation.
2. What This Service Is Not
To ensure clear expectations, the Strategic Website Audit does not include:
-Website design, redesign, or development
-Copywriting or copy edits
-Technical troubleshooting or platform setup
-SEO audits or keyword research
-Implementation of recommendations
-Guaranteed outcomes such as increased conversions, revenue, or traffic
Recommendations provided are strategic in nature and intended to support informed decision-making.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deliver a meaningful audit, you agree to:
-Complete the required intake form fully and honestly
-Provide accurate links and access information
-Submit materials by requested deadlines
-Delays in intake completion may delay delivery timelines.
4. Delivery Timeline
The Loom audit will be delivered within 7 business days after intake form completion.
The optional follow-up Q&A call must be scheduled within 30 days of audit delivery.
If scheduling windows are missed, the call may be forfeited.
5. Investment & Refund Policy
The investment for the Strategic Website Audit is $497 USD.
Because this is a custom, time-based service, all sales are final once the audit has been delivered.
No refunds will be issued after the Loom audit has been completed and shared.
If you have questions or need clarification, support is provided through the included follow-up Q&A.
6. Credit Toward Future Custom Work
If you move forward with a qualifying custom website project with Hazel + Willow Studios within 90 days of your audit delivery, the $497 audit investment may be credited toward your custom design project.
Credit applies to full custom website projects only
Credit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
Availability of custom services is not guaranteed and subject to scheduling
7. Intellectual Property
All audit materials, recordings, and written recommendations remain the intellectual property of Hazel + Willow Studios.
You may use insights for your business but may not resell, distribute, or reproduce the content without written permission.
8. No Guarantees
While the audit is designed to provide clarity and direction, results are not guaranteed.
Business outcomes depend on many factors outside the Studio’s control, including implementation, market conditions, and audience behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
Hazel + Willow Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or application of audit recommendations.
The maximum liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

By purchasing the Strategic Website Audit, you acknowledge that:

You agree to the scope, terms, and refund policy outlined above
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between both parties.
